Chef Elody Kolden is back at it again, ready to surprise- bomb your palettes with a world of bold flavours and innovative ingredient combinations; Expect seasonal creations and your favorite dishes through an exclusive series of fall/winter supperclubs!
A fantastic 5-course culinary experience inspired by audacious African/ French fusion cuisine, fine dining style - in one of London's most eccentric venue: A top-floor creative space with restaurant, art gallery , vintage clothing store and DJ booth in Dalston!
What to expect:
• You'll be greeted at the grand entrance of the venue with a mood-enhancing African vegan Guinness Punch, putting you in the mood straight in!
• Innovative 5-course fine-dining style menu (see below) - colourful, vibrant food with bold flavour combinations
• Meet chef Elody, who will explain the inspiration behind each creative and colourful dish
• Menu focusing on organic and great quality meat prepared with French cooking techniques and seasoned African style!
• Drinks/Beers available at the bar or you can bring your own wines
Please arrive for 7.30pm as service will start at 8pm until 10.30 with possibility for you to stay longer afterwards for more drinks and a little dance!
All reservations need to be booked in advance in order to respect the arrival time of our guests. When making your booking, please inform the chef by stating all food allergies in detail and at least 24hours before arrival as we offer a single tasting menu.
