A good source of dietary fibre, vitamins A (equired for maintaining healthy mucus membranes and skin) and C.The Alphonso mango is also rich in prebiotic dietary fibre, minerals, polyphenolic flavonoid- and flavonoids like beta-carotene (our body converts beta carotene into vitamin A).
