Can you deliver to my address?
We can deliver prepared meals to any address across London. We can deliver groceries ( fruits, vegetables) across UK.
When will I receive my grocery delivery?*
We aim to dispatch grocery orders within 2 working days of receipt (Monday – Friday). Please note, we don’t ship on Weekends or UK public holidays. Our dispatch time might be slightly longer during peak times such as around Christmas.

When can I order and receive prepared meals from you?
Mains, sides and desserts’ orders must be placed and confirmed 72h in advance minimum for delivery to your door ready to eat.
How much cooking / preparation work is required for the meals?
The dishes are coming ready to enjoy as it would through deliveroo unless agreed otherwise (exemple; You want to order a roast on Saturday to enjoy with your family on Sunday); Then we will give you easy step-by-step for your DIY!
I have dietary requirements – how do I make you aware of these?
Please detail these in the dietary requirements box just before placing your order.
Can I keep my delivery in the fridge?
Yes, 1-2 days from the date of delivery or as all our dishes are prepared on request, you can also freeze them to enjoy later.
Please explain how your packaging is sustainable
We use eco friendly packhelp boxes and Polybags vacuum pouches. They are manufactured from a biodegradable composite film made from polyamide (PA) and polyethylene (PE).
